Synvey shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.

In no event shall Synvey be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
